2 1/2 - 3 lbs. first cut brisket Onions 1 (6 oz.) can apple juice concentrate black pepper |

Method:

Line the bottom of a covered Corningware or Pyrex dish with sliced onions. Put a small amount of black pepper onto meat. Place meat in top of onions. Pour apple juice concentrate over meat. Bake, covered at 350° for approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours. |
