Cheesecake
From the Kitchen of Jerry Ghionno

Ingredients:
16 oz. ricotta cheese, drained
16 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 stick margrine, melted
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
16 oz. sour cream
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 prepared graham cracker crust


Method:
Mix cream cheese and ricotta. Blend in sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Mix well. Add margarine. Add flour and cornstarch. Add sour cream and then vanilla. Grease and flour spring form pan. Press in a graham cracker crust. Pour in cheese mixture. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Keep door closed for 2 hours.
